Evaluation 1 This abstract is clearly written and well organized. It concerns Big Data issues with Call Detail Records of mobile phone users in the city of Abidjan. The authors try to extract the global mobility flows across the whole city, in analyzing on one hand the flows in a macro level (between different antennas), and on the other hand, the O/D matrices at the individual scale. Even if we don’t have socio-demographic characteristics, the methodological framework and results seem interesting. Evaluation 2 Interesting paper analyzing the potential of an Orange mobile phone activity database in Abidjan to represent of structure of human mobility flow. Evaluation 3 Interesting paper on how to build O-D matrices from mobile phone data in developing countries. The analysis include the trip matrix for current daily trips and also the case of special events as football games and special feasts. The latter is rather new and more difficult to adjust because the data correspond to not regular behavior patterns.
